About me

My Profile name sums me up and it's also the title of a book i'm currently writing called Rock Bottom to Rock Hard (Mind, Body and Soul). If you'd like to know more just ask me. I'm an IT Consultant and been in the IT industry for 20 years. I'm also a Personal Trainer so anyone looking to get fit and healthy come and see me. I love all sports and still play Tennis and Table Tennis frequently. I also love Water Sports such as Water Skiing. I'm searching for a down to earth sincere, genuine girl i can trust and who can make me laugh. I believe laughter is important in a relationship, as well as trust and constant effective communication. Ultimately im searching for a girl who can complete me in 3 ways, Mind, Body and Soul, but that's easy to say but very hard to find.
