About me

Hi! I'm Lindsay Gregg's daughter. Recently when we were visiting I asked if there was anyone special in his life. He said no and that online dating really wasn't his thing. I asked if I could see his profile. What he had written wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, either. I asked him if I could write it, reluctantly he agreed, so here goes. My dad is one of the most loving, kind, big-hearted people I've ever known. He is an honest person, always looking to do something to help others. His morals and values have guided my life as well as my sister's. I'll never forget the time he stopped traffic to make sure a turtle got to the other side of the road safely and was rewarded by it peeing all over him! We still laugh about that! My mom is an alcoholic and very difficult to get along with. I asked him why he stayed with her for so long, unhappy. He said because there is no me in family. He explained he didn't want us to go through our parents getting divorced until we were adults. All daughters love their daddy, but I like mine, too. More importantly, I admire and respect him. He has made a difference in countless people's lives. He won't let me tell you how, but it's pretty incredible. He loves boating, fishing, anything outdoors, he rides a Harley but doesn't really fit into the 'biker' mold-if you know what I mean. He made his dream of my sister and I growing up on the lake come true. He taught us how to fish, waterski, wakeboard-he even bought us our own ski boat. He's funny,...
