About me

I am new to the adventure of not only online dating, but dating in general. I'm very open about myself if I feel comfortable with someone. Along those lines, I also believe very strongly in karma, and would not want to bring that hurt, upon myself by hurting another; as well as not wishing that hurt, upon someone else because they knowingly or not, hurt me. (Hurt is not only physical, but emotional as well). I have a very varied life that I have lived, and am now ready to settle down. I believe that I am compassionate and empathetic, but not a pushover. I work with at risk high schoolers. I would consider myself to be pretty happy in my life at this time, I have had some time to spend alone, and now I would like to find someone to spend it with. I think I have much to offer in love, because I found out who I truly am, and have learned to love myself. Well, now that that is out of the way, please feel free to ask me anything else you would like to know about me. I hope to find that someone. I live in the U.S. on the East coast, so I am 12 hours behind it seems. So don't take it personal if I don't respond right away.
